This system is one of the few unique Yoga systems devised and introduced by Master Genevieve Tan Shu Thung herself, which is one-of-its-kind in the world today. Applying the Abhyangam technique in Ayurveda, students will learn how to enhance the flow of ‘praana’ or ‘chi’ (life force) within the body using natural oil. Students of this system will be able to discover the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Sandhya Maarga Abhyangam Yoga (Deep Heat Massage Yoga)™students will learn how to direct the flow of energy in a certain direction to maximise the healing and detoxification process.
Why enrol for the "Abhyangam Yoga™" Course?
Not only can you benefit from practicing the traditional Yogasanas, one can experience a release from muscle tension and stress as one learns how to massage one's body without the aid of another individual to improve the body's flow of 'chi'.
Who can join this course?
Anyone above the age of 15.

**All Yoga courses at Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy follow the 'term' system. For most of our courses, the course term lasts for approximately 3 months (12 weeks).
